Whistleblowing is when a possible infringement of laws or regulations is reported. You do not need to be a Sainsbury’s Energy employee to report suspicious activity. Reports can be made by our staff, business partners, (their employees), and third parties.
How to make a report.
E.ON Group runs a hotline and externally operated website where you can anonymously report your concerns about activities conducted by Sainsbury’s Energy and any other part of the E.ON Group.

What issues can I report through whistleblowing?
Please make a report if you suspect a possible case of:
- Corruption
- Fraud
- Embezzlement
- Tax evasion
- Human rights or modern slavery violations
- Competition and capital markets law violations
- Breach of insider trading rules
- Data protection law violations
