Qualifying Criteria
** Offer subject to survey. Offer only available to homeowners and private tenants with properties whose cavity walls to be insulated totals 200m² or under and whose loft space to be insulated totals 165m² or under.
Properties with cavity walls totalling over 200m² or loft space totalling over 165m² to be insulated are not eligible for this offer.
If you receive income or disability-related benefits or you are aged 70 or over, you may qualify for the work to be carried out free of charge. Information correct at time of printing and subject to change.
If you have pre-existing loft insulation depth of 60mm or above you will not be eligible for the loft insulation offer. If the survey determines that you have a depth of 60mm or more of pre-existing loft insulation then full installation may not proceed.
